3. Vula isikhombimsebenzisi se-CNC → chofoza isithonjana se-BCS100 → khetha i-F1 Calibration.

4. Chofoza u-1 – Ukulinganisa i-Servo.

Qaphela:

Ngesikhathi sokulinganisa i-servo, injini izokwenza ukunyakaza okuncane okunyakazisayo.

Qinisekisa ukuthi i-Z-axis ibekwe eduze nendawo ephakathi kohambo lwayo ukuze uvimbele ukuhamba ngokweqile ngesikhathi sokuzulazula.

5. Cindezela ukuze uqale ukulinganisa. Uhlelo luzoqeda inqubo ngokuzenzakalelayo.

6. Uma usuqedile, buyela kumenyu yangaphambilini.

Ukulinganiswa Kwekhanda Elintantayo Lesibili (F2)

Ukulinganiswa kwekhanda elintantayo kuqinisekisa ubudlelwano phakathi kokuphakama kwenzwa kanye namanani omthamo, okuqinisekisa ukuphakama okunembile okulandela ngesikhathi sokusika.

Izinyathelo Zokusebenza:

1. Cindezela u-2 ukuze ufake isikhombimsebenzisi se-Floating-Head Calibration.

2. Sebenzisa umcibisholo obheke phansi ukuze wehlise ikhanda le-laser lize libe ngu-1–5 mm ngaphezu kweshidi.

3. Qiniseka ukuthi ishidi lihlala lizinzile futhi lingenawo amandla okudlidliza.

4. Cindezela ukuze uqale ukulinganisa.

Inqubo yokulinganisa ezenzakalelayo ithatha cishe imizuzwana eyi-10-15:

1. Ikhanda elintantayo liyehla kancane kancane lize libone ubuso beshidi.

2. Ngemva kokuthinta ishidi, liyaphakama kancane ukuze lihlole ukuzinza kwenzwa.

3. Ibe isiqhubeka nokukhuphuka ngebanga elinqunyiwe ukuze ihlole ukushelela kwenzwa kanye namajika ahlukile.

4. Cindezela ukuze ulondoloze. Ijika lokuphakama-umthamo lizoboniswa.
